Check If an Asset Was Versioned Outside a Review

You can verify if an asset has been versioned by looking at the asset thumbnail outside a review.

To find out if an asset was versioned while outside a review:

1. Log into your account.
2. In the Navigation panel, click Projects.
3. On the Projects dashboard, click a project, and click the Assets tab.
4. On the Assets screen, the icon at the bottom left of an asset card indicates the version number, which also indicates the number of times the asset has been versioned. The original asset version is 1.
   
   
   When you open an asset in the Proofing Workspace, the name of the asset includes a suffix of V# to indicate how many versions of this particular asset have been uploaded to ConceptShare.
